The hotel is situated in a peaceful environment surrounded by a beautiful garden with a nice pool area. the Receptionist lady provides excellent service with professional, kind, and friendly hospitality. Rooms come with complementary shampoo and shower gel.

The hotel gate did not have a temporary power backup during load shedding causing inconvenience.

We enjoyed the mouth-watering breakfast, clean environment and the hospitable staff who made us feel welcomed. The hotel facilities were adequate, including secure parking space, and we felt safe throughout our stay.

The breakfast was delicious and included in the price. the garden around the pool was well maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere. the location was convenient and easily accessible.

The towels could be of better quality and were not sufficient for the number of guests in the room. the TV channels were limited and outdated, which was disappointing.

Easter break was amazing! The two things that I loved the most were the mouth-watering breakfasts and the clean facilities. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed and there was enough parking space. Oh, and the staff was absolutely fantastic, super welcoming and accommodating.

There were a couple of things that I didn't quite like. The Wi-Fi was frustratingly slow, it only really worked in certain areas which wasn't convenient when I needed to work.
